  • “When is the restock?”

  • “Can I change or cancel my order?”

    Changes: We apologize after an order is placed, no changes can be made to the order.

    Cancellations: Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed, all sales are FINAL.

  • “Can I return or exchange my order?”

    We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are FINAL.

  • “How can I check the status of my order?”

    Please log in to your account to check the status of your order here. If you do not have an account, please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order.

  • “My order is wrong/damaged/missing items."

    Please contact sw@symoneelena.com within 5 days of receiving the order, so that we can address this issue. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect /damaged item you received.

  • “I put in the wrong address, what do I do??”

    Y’all please be careful when entering your shipping address and take your time. Symone Elena Home will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

  • “When will you ship internationally??”

    Soon my loves. I want to be able to find the best shipping rates for you all. As soon as this all changes, my international babes will be my first priority; Pinky promise.

  • Will my pre-ordered products ship separate?

    For any product that is on Backorder within an order, all products will ship at one time. If you want to get the in-stock products right away please do two orders.

  • When will my order ship?

    I’m a one man team right now boo. It typically take 7-10 business days to knock out orders and get them shipped. Please keep an eye on email notifications for updates and bare with me!
